DELIVERY INFORMATION

 
Custom Builds delivered in 4-6 weeks (subject to change with demand). A delivery professional will contact you a few days in advance to schedule your delivery date and time.
   
A minimum of 1′ of clearance required on each side of building

Premier Buildings is not responsible for permits, code restrictions, damage to yards, driveways, or underground utilities. It is up to the customer to ensure that ground conditions are suitable.

Pressure-Treated Wooden Blocks for leveling up to 18 inches are provided. Concrete blocks may be used but must be provided by customer.

A vertical space of 14′, measured from ground to the top of the building is required (when building is on Trailer) *Be sure to take tree branches and overhead wires into account.

PERMIT INFORMATION

Premier Buildings is not responsible for building permits and homeowner’s association rules and covenants. It is up to the customer to get permits prior to placing order.

Customer should be aware of any setbacks and right of ways on property. Customer will incur charges if Premier has to come back and move your building
